Refund Policy

The short version

If the report does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will refund it. You do not have to justify the request.

How to ask

Send us your order reference from the My Purchases page, using the contact address in the footer. We aim to reply within two working days.

How long a refund takes

Once approved, a card or UPI refund usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Yearly membership

You can cancel a yearly membership at any time. We refund the unused months on request within the first 30 days; after that the membership runs to the end of its term and simply does not renew.

Sponsored and school-funded places

These cost your family nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If a sponsored place stops working, tell us and we will fix it.
